Send a confidential PDF
Need someone to open a PDF now — not keep it in email forever? CarryDocs gives you a single link or QR with a hard timer and optional PIN.
Why PDF handoffs are different
PDFs are the default for contracts, decks-as-PDF, clinical summaries, and counsel packages. The failure mode is usually the same: the file sits in an inbox thread for years. A confidential PDF handoff should expire.
CarryDocs supports PDF with in-browser preview so recipients can read without hunting for a desktop app first. Other Office types open best after download within the same time window.
Send a PDF in minutes
- Open Send files and upload your PDF (and companion files if needed).
- Choose expiry — two hours on free, longer with Protocol Pack.
- Share the link or show the QR for a desk-side handoff.
- When the timer ends, the link stops and stored files are removed.
Preview vs download
PDFs and common images can preview in the browser. Protocol Pack adds view-only mode to discourage casual download of the package when you want eyes-on, not a free redistribution copy.
